Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To request a return, please contact us at sj88mg@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us first. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
